Your Next Level Guide to Jewellery Trends for Fall/Winter 2014-2015- Part 2
In our last part on the season, we had talked on how the jewellery trends for Fall/Winter 2014-2015 have come a long way and there are some smart options to pick for the season. This time, we have some real new elements that make a mark, and here’s what you need to know before you make your bucket list of the top picks.
That classy Watch belt from Chanel: Karl Lagerfeld always does something magical with the kind of designs he does. The watch belts we saw in the collection are easily one of the most perspective oriented item we have seen on the list of trends. Last season, Chanel had done wonders with the pearl chokers, and this time, they have taken a giant leap forward.
Unique cuffs from Lanvin: If you follow this label, you already know they either have it in control or they go extreme. Like it or hate as you want, but there is no way that you can escape the magic of the cuffs in unique shapes that were seen at Lanvin’s. Contemporary and cool is the new blend it seems, and you don’t even need to find any matching outfit.
Smart neckpiece in bandana from Isabel Marant: Talk of one trend that would strike any fashionista’s mind and it has to be that statement piece we saw at the collection of Isabel Marant! The runway model had the bandana inspired neckpiece around the black sweater, but we bet you can wear it almost anywhere and everywhere with ease. Before it hits the local market, you may have to wait to get this one!
Matching rings at Nina Ricci: Talk of fingers, and you have Nina Ricci who has done some great stuff with those rings that we spotted at one of the runway models. The good part is how the rings have been matched and blended together in the look, instead of being one statement in general. That is what we call classic fashion by all means!
Back with chains at Moschino: Last season, and even before that, we have seen layering of chains emerged as one of the best runway trends in the jewellery. Most designers have done and had their take on the trend, but at Moschino this season, the same idea goes to an all new level that we just cannot ignore. Elegant and punk at the same time- does that sound more? Check out to believe!
Tribal inspired items at Vivienne Westwood: Many of the designers had a hint of tribes in their collections, either in clothing or jewellery. What caught the attention of our experts was the Vivienne Westwood design in neckpiece that we loved for being truly authentic to the genre. If you are looking for something that’s happening and likeable, this is the one.
Among the other honourable mentions of Fall/Winter 2014-2015 are the collection of large and oversized neckpieces we saw at Giambattista Valli and the matching of rings in triplets at Proenza Schouler. We hope you had your doze of adrenaline rush for the fall!Tags: fall jewellery trends, jewellery trends 2014-2015
