The Best Dressed Ladies at the Oscars 2013
As we finish with the Oscar fever this Feb, we take a close look at the ladies who made heads turn with their appearances at the red carpet. Here is the list of best dressed celebs at the most prestigious award function of the year.
Jennifer Lawrence: Her Silver Linings Playbook has got her the best actress award this year, and her appearance was only the cherry on the cake. She looked ravishing in Dior Couture gown that had a full skirt from the waist. The pale link gown looked totally astonishing with that clutch in hand.
Jennifer Aniston: Her looks at the red carpet are worth a wait because she always manages to look super gorgeous. This year, she chose a red gown by Valentino, and she looked truly dazzling. The red full skirt gown looked more radiant for that bracelet and golden clutch. Good points for that loose hair look!
Salma Hayek: This actress came one of the most surprising looks for the Oscars this year. While others chose for bright and light colors, she wore an Alexander McQueen gown in dark blue crafted of velvet. What made her gown stand tall in the crowd was the gold decorated collar. Kudos for that golden clutch and that stylish hair-do!
Zoe Saldana: Another excellent look that surprised many. Zoe Saldana chose an Alexis Mabille gown that hugged the floor in a fishtail style. She completed the look with Salvatore Ferragamo clutch and Neil Lane jewelry. The right balance on the red carpet with that charming smile!
Anne Hathaway: Another winner on the red carpet in style! Winner of the Best Supporting Actress award, Hathaway chose a Prada dress in satin for the Oscars. The pale pink color isn’t new, but the way she carried the complete look makes her one of the best appearances this year.
Naomi Watts: This might not be one of the best looks of this best actress nominee, but she choose a gown that is fiercely different from others. The Giorgio Armani gown looked spectacular on her in that sequined silver shade. The cuts of the gown are truly admirable, and no wonder, why Giorgio Armani is loved by celebs.
Reese Witherspoon: One of the most striking colors of the season, Witherspoon chose an azure colored gown by Louis Vuitton in the strapless style. Rather than combining with accessories, she let her blue eyes do all the talking. Superbly designed look!
Jessica Chastain: This best actress nominee arrived on the red carpet in a customized Giorgio Armani gown. The embellished gowns may not be one of the best, but she carried the look with that killer attitude. We loved her makeup and hair!
Amanda Seyfried: She can win a million hearts with her smile, and the organza gown by Prada made her even more dazzling and sizzling. The richly embroidered gown looked excellent on her with balanced makeup and hair.
A special mention for Sandra Bullock, who came in an Elie Saab Couture dress, and completed the look with jewelry from Harry Winston.Tags: oscars 2013, oscars red carpet, red carpet
