Fall 2017 Eyeshadow Trends
With designers recently debuting their 2017 fall collections, common trends are popping up and they aren’t limited to just clothes, shoes, and accessories. Makeup can complete a look, which is why it is a great idea to get acquainted with the looks that are going to be in this fall. If you read House of Elegance Fashion’s Spring 2017 makeup guide, you would see a sharp contrast from the dewy, natural spring looks to the more attention-drawing fall looks.

Metallic eyeshadow is a must have for fall. It adds an intense shine, but the texture makes it a little grungier. Sweep one shadow all over the lid for a daytime look and then add some darkness into the crease to transition to night. Feeling even more adventurous? Pop some glitter on top of the eyeshadow to give even more texture. Try the look out for yourself with Urban Decay’s Moondust Palette.

If it wasn’t metallic lids, it was likely smudged liner. This trend can be tricky because you don’t want it to turn into a complete mess. However, being messy is okay and it will instantly make you look fierce and cool. You can even play around with other colors besides black. Try it out with the NYX Jumbo Eye Pencils.
Pops of Color

Although fall is thought of as being darker which is usually reflected in the makeup, pops of color are a trend for Fall 2017. Blues, reds, oranges, and greens made a strong statement on the runway. To master this trend, you can’t be afraid of color. Stand out by using Urban Decay’s Electric Pressed Pigment Palette.
These are just three of the top trends that recently walked the fall runway. To keep up to date with all the latest trends, make sure to follow this blog!
